Stage 1: Know all class rules, acceptable use policy, and Internet safety rules

Step-by-step instructions:
1. For stage one, you will turn in your video form (below).
2. Download and read the following documents (pdf reader is fine):
   • Computer Lab Rules
   • Internet Safety Rules
3. Watch five of the following videos (more is fine).
   They are located at this site (headphones please):
   • Especially see 7-12th Grade and Netsafe
   • When watching the videos, fill out the following form: OPEN FORM

5. When you finish the labyrinth, you will need to take screen shot of the page. How?
   
   Close

   On a PC - find the button that says "PrtScr" or Print Screen
   Hold down the "Ctrl" control button and press the print screen button
   Open up Paint or other graphics program. (Start button, All Programs, Accessories, Paint)
   Paste the screen shot into the graphics program.
   Save the picture (preferably as a .jpg) to the desktop.
   
6. Create an email and attach the picture.

   • Message: (Your name and class period)
   • Attachments: (Attach your screenshot)
7. Send your message.
